Planning and Booking:

We recommend that you contact us at least 2-4 weeks prior to your moving date, however depending on the time of the month we can sometimes accommodate the last minute moves as well.

Weekends are usually the best days for moving because there is less traffic and better parking availability, especially in areas where parking is typically a challenge. However weekends are the busiest days for us and if you plan to move on a weekend, we advise to reserve your time time slot ahead of time.

For optimal results, we highly recommend scheduling your move in the morning or early afternoon, preferably between 7 AM to 12 PM. By starting your move early in the day, you can maximize efficiency and complete the process more swiftly, allowing you to settle into your new home faster. When it comes to carrying furniture higher than the 2nd floor, there may be additional charges applicable. However, please note that each move is unique, and specific details can vary. If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will process the refund of your $50 deposit. You can expect to receive the refund within 2-4 business days.
